Appointments✨
Appointments are highly encouraged! This will ensure that you will get fairy hair during our event.
Walk-Ins✨
Walk-Ins are always welcome and will be added to our walk-in first-come first-serve waitlist, but please be aware that there may be a wait since we must serve our booked appointments first. We will do our best to serve walk-ins in between appointments if the schedule allows for this. We will also do our best to communicate realistic wait times.
Separate Bookings✨
Every person in your party, whether it is a child or an adult, must have a separate appointment. Anyone in your party without an appointment will be added to our walk-in list.
Grace Period✨
For both scheduled appointments and waitlisted walk-ins, you will have a 5 minute grace period to show up to your appointment or return to our booth after being called/text on your cell phone. If you do not show up within 5 minutes, you will be added to the end of our wait list. This ensures that we stay on time for all appointments.
Cancellations✨
We completely understand that things happen. If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please use the link in the confirmation email that was sent to you after booking.
